How long does shipping take?
For in-stock lifts, processing takes 1-2 business days. Freight shipping generally takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once the carrier picks up the pallet.
Do I need an air compressor?
The lift operates purely on electric hydraulics (230V drive). However, you will need a 6-8 bar air compressor if you intend to use the double-acting pneumatic wheel clamp or connect pneumatic tools to the built-in quick coupling.
Does the lift come with hydraulic oil?
No, due to shipping regulations, the lift is delivered without hydraulic oil. You will need approximately 1.5 liters of standard hydraulic oil (HLP32 or similar) before operating the lift for the first time.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all structural components, the electric motor, and the hydraulic pump against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear on rubber parts or paint is excluded.
